Plywood House by Johannes Norlander Arkitektur

 

The Morran House’s exterior  is completely cladded in tar coated plywood – the same technique that has been used for wooden boats for centuries.

The house is made by Johannes Norlander Arkitektur and is actually a renovation of a former 1950’2 summer house on an island just outside Gothenburg, Sweden. The interior is made almost entirely from plywood as well, and overall the house has a wonderful nordic and clean feel.
