Moire Lamp by Marc Sarrazin for Petite Friture

We recently wrote about quirky design label Petite Friture and their lovely Francis Mirrors by Constance Guisset. Another gorgeous product that has recently been launched from the french company is the Moire Lamp by Marc Sarrazin.

The mesh-like lamps come in three sizes and two colours and can either be hung as a pendant, used as a floor or table lamp, or fixed to a wall.

The designer explains, “Inspired by minimal surfaces and thought as a lamp garment, Moire plays with the lampshade typology to generate an elementary volume. Between opaqueness and transparency, it reveals different light qualities, although it uses very little material. It can be used as wished: as a pendant, wall, floor or table lamp.”
