New Collection from Tom Dixon
With Milan Furniture Fair starting in just over a week, Tom Dixon has released images of his new furniture and lighting collection.
The collection celebrates the opposite qualities of rough and smooth.
The design studio explains, “The rough because this season we have worked on even more textural honesty and material weight in our production. And the smooth because we are still fascinated by extreme polished surfaces, sharp lines and modern manufacturing.”
The new products from Tom Dixon include floor-, table-, wall- and pendant lights as well as chairs, tables and coat stands. Slightly less commercial is products such as a brass champagne bucket stand. Materials used include cast iron, timber and various metals (brass, nickel and copper).
