Saint Laurent Shop by Hedi Slimane
Creative director of Saint Laurent Hedi Slimane finished his second Saint Laurent flagship store in London recently. The interiors are highly influenced by the French Modernist Movement and is an ode to simplicity and high quality materials.
White marble, concrete, mirror and polished nickel are the main materials that are used though out the space and the detailing has a very art deco feel to it.
The space is otherwise minimally furnished with designs by Modernists including Jacques Adnet, René Herbst and Marcel Breuer.
The store is located on fashionable Sloane Street in London.
Hedi became creative director in 2012 and then dropped the Yves in front of the Saint Laurent name. First flagship store designed by Hedi and under the new name was finished last year at Avenue Montaigne in Paris.
