Lyceum Building by Oscar Properties

Oscar Properties have recently restored and fitted a number of luxury apartments in the Lyceum Building in Stockholm.

The former KTH:s university buildings used to house both laboratories as well as teaching facilities. Now they are being fitted out to house 70 apartments with impressive heigh ceilings and large windows as well as carpentry built kitchens.

The styling of the apartments is really beautiful and full of design treasures such as Thonet chairs, Serge Mouille lamps, gorgeous colours and luscious marble and timber details.
